Booking Policies
Deposit Policy: We receive many inquiries and dates do fill up quickly. Therefore, we require a 300.00 non refundable deposit along with this signed service contract. The 300.00 deposit will go towards your wedding services. Deposit Secures the date of Wedding. You may pay by credit card via PayPal or Pay by Cash or Check on Pre-Wedding Trial Run Date; the sooner the payment of deposit, the quicker we will have your wedding date secured with us. **Please Note: If paid by personal check, Wedding Date will not be secured until check has been cashed.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel four weeks before your services. Your deposit will not be refunded. In the event of illness,
accidents, or reasons beyond control, Ahimsa Artistry will assist you in refunding the deposit.
